  1. And we have that power, on the day we truly believe in ourselves and open our hearts, after understanding what kept her closed ❤
Big hugs kind lady…it takes some time, but in the end you are free…really free ❤

  2. “The prison of beliefs that have me tied in knots”…..I’m still trying to break free of mine……
I’m determined to find my own inner belief, the one that feels true for me, but it’s not easy.
    keep going. xoxoxo

      1. It’s not always easy to find a group that fits..
I spend a lot of time alone with my thoughts which is probably not a good thing.
My husband is my only bouncing board for spiritual things right now.
I also talk to birds and trees! 😉
I hope you find some solace, Sue.
        Enjoy your weekend. xxxxxx

  3. Great poem!
Back porch sitting and writing pages this morning, hearing many birds, I thought ‘freedom’. So many ties and entanglements are of our own making. Perhaps that is life. Or…
Perhaps you will recognize these two lines (came to mind writing this):
“Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of earth,
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings….”
