My first doodle on my new iPad with the Apple Pencil.
I’m calling it the “apple-doodle” 😁
In the doodles below, I practiced with opacity, layers, elements, and brushes. I used the Procreate Illustrator app. I have a lot to learn! But gosh it’s fun!
Monochrome Mushrooms Pink Nebula Night Whispers
I love your doodle. Way cool. The colors are great. I want to doodle, too. Of course I don’t have an iPad so I suppose I should start there first.

Thanks,Jean😊 I think you’d enjoy the Pencil. It’s more of a graphic arts tool, but it can take your art to another level.

Wow. Cool stuff, but I see not pink in nebula. I just read an article about things disappearing, like desk top computers, land lines, and business cards. I wonder if the canvas, brushes, and paint tubes will go. I say they will not. Nice art, Sue.

I don’t think the traditional art forms and tools will disappear all together. But I imagine the number of traditional art masters will lessen over time as technology puts a canvas and paint on every mobile device. Funny that you don’t see the pink in the nebula. My husband thought it was too pink😂

Thanks! Learning the ProCreate app reminds me of photoshop with the layers and masks. It’s fun to play with all the brushes!
